As a leading European manufacturer located in Dunkirk, France, we have been exclusively focusing on producing high-quality polypropylene sheets, commercialized under the name Diplast, since 1994.

Our commitment to quality has led us to invest in the latest technology and processes to meet the highest ISO certifications. This ensures that our polypropylene sheets are flexible for different applications, including signage, protection, packaging, building, converting, and many more.

At Distriplast, we believe in providing flexibility in customization. That's why our polypropylene sheets are highly customizable in terms of size, thickness (starting from 1.5 mm up to 10 mm), density, compound specifications, and color. This allows our customers to choose the perfect solution for their unique needs.

Our team

Our team of 85 skilled employees ensures round-the-clock production, 24 hours a day, 7 days a week, and supports you from design to volume production.

We produce over 15,000 tons of polypropylene corrugated sheets annually, and we partially convert them into custom packaging solutions, such as boxes, trays, dividers, cushioning materials, and rotational packaging, all designed to meet your specifications.

Diplast, the most versatile PP Sheet

Diplast corrugated sheets are made of polypropylene (PP). This clean, lightweight, cheap and 100% recyclable material is characterized by many advantages:

• Weather resistant: suitable for indoor and outdoor use, making Diplast ideal as a temporary advertising or communication support.
• Chemical, moisture and oil resistant: suitable for use in greasy, humid and chemical environments.
• Eco-friendly: Diplast is made of 100% recyclable material.
• Customizable: available in a wide range of dimensions, colours, thicknesses, weights and treatments.
• Impact resistant: Diplast is well suited for use as formwork or temporary floor protection in heavy-duty industries, like the construction industry.
• Flexible: Diplast is perfectly suitable for converters, as our sheets are easy to die-cut, fold, weld or glue.
• Smooth and flat surface of our Diplast perfectly fits digital printing and screen-printing requirements.
• Lightweight: easy to transport, handle and place or attach.
• Sound absorbent: Diplast ensures background noise reduction, making them suitable for fencing at construction sites.
